This is a private unit in a duplex. There are two hotel style locked off connecting doors between units which enable the duplex to be rented as one 2 suite cabin. If you would like to rent both units, please contact us. Please note that the 2 guest limit applies to children and infants as well. We are family-friendly in our Treehouse building, Lofts 3 and 4. As a courtesy to guests in our other units and neighbors, the communal area (fire pit and picnic area) closes promptly at 10pm nightly and is restricted to guest use only. As stated above, we do not have televisions. We recommend bringing a laptop or tablet if you'd like to watch a movie. Please note that early check in requests are confirmed 24 hours prior check in. We love our pets too, but we do have a strict no pet policy at this time. Unfortunately we cannot consider any animals (trained, hypoallergenic, etc.) to stay in the garden lofts. We do accept dogs in our Treehouse building, Lofts 3 & 4. The cabin is located in a wooded area but due to our proximity to town, some neighboring homes can be seen from the property. Please note the unit has a wood burning fireplace. If you have sensitivities, we would suggest renting loft 3 or 4 which both have gas fireplaces.
