This Highlands property is a true mountain paradise! Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, it perfectly balances rustic charm with modern comfort. The warm wooden interior with large windows showcasing the views outdoors was such a treat to wake up to each morning. Not to mention the indoor fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and stylish bathrooms. The location offers the perfect blend of peaceful seclusion while being just a short drive to downtown Highlands' charming shops and restaurants as well as nearby hiking trails and waterfalls. Our thoughtful hosts provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our experience. For an effortlessly enjoyable North Carolina mountain getaway that combines natural beauty with comfort, this Highlands gem is an absolute must-stay!

5 minutes to town if we needed anything and 5 minutes to gorgeous hiking/waterfalls. The space itself was so beautiful. The windows. So much natural light. The fireplace. The porch. It was so incredibly peaceful. Quite possibly the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had.
